Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Works amazing with Vodafone. Works like a charm on my Mac. Reasonably priced product. Totally worth. I took it for my college login, sometimes I’m not around so can get internet when not at home. It’s a life saver. It says it has Qualcomm chip but not way to check that though. However looking at the speed I’m confident it does have Qualcomm.

After a long hesitation I have ordered this Dongle. I am already using Jiofi Dongle and it gives me good speed as well. But sometimes internet is very slow and Jio support told me it is due to more number of users at the same location and I have to live with it. I have started looking for a alternate dongle which should support Any Sim so that I can use any network which is better at my place. For some reason Indoor connectivity of Airtel at my house is very poor for past 15 years. I was initially looking at Huawei Dongle but it was very costly. I found this Tukzer dongle which had tick on all my requirements such as cost, all sim support. I was hesitant. But thought to give it a try. I have ordered and received a device which had some issues like front panel was already shaking for a new device and back cover is also not fitting and gets removed when we unplug the device. This device does not have refund options but they will replace it. They replaced it with a different one which seems to be good. When it comes to connectivity device works well when the connectivity is good in your area. Build Quality could have been better. I have used Airtel 4g, Jiofi, Vodafone 3G and MTS dongles earlier it had a solid build quality. For the price, device works great. Will need to find its durability. Can buy without any hesitation. I hope there won’t be any issues and don’t require their support. Cheers!!!

In the box one gets the data card itself, user manual and a sim card adapter. Talking about the network speed, it does a good job. During my usage, it pushed somewhere around 20Mbps(It depends on your network). Device gets a tad bit warm but nothing unusual I would say. Considering it’s price, it is a value for money product.

Works fine with Jio and Airtel (tested) … No extra configuration required, it starts working on the go itself … Can be used on laptop USB port as well as a power bank or mobile adapter where USB port is there. Value for money product as I don’t think you can find any other product of such features with this price range in market. Use the SSID and password (wifi key) as described in the inner side of the product to connect to wifi for the first time. You can go to the administrative page with the IP Address mentioned once you connect to the wifi and change the SSID, wifi key, admin login id and password.
